How do you balance bringing in revenue now vs growing the company? Isn't it hard to continue if you are not bringing in money yet?

Hi, I am actually working in a startup now, and I would like to hear your views on the startup scene in Singapore. It seems investors in SIngapore are more conservative and risk-adverse, So how did you pull through and expand in your early days?
