How do you all cope with/manage incompetent and unreasonable people at work (share wise and practical ways leh)? (For students, how do you cope with/manage free-riders on school projects?)

Free riders not the worse how about those delayed your task same for people at work

Try to assign them concrete tasks (for school projects). At work, do the minimal as well and try to make it obvious they did not contribute.
