I have received my $600 on April , but June 18 today I never received anything from my bank account

I just recieved an SMS today that says i will receive a Cheque from the 30th April onwards, despite me filling up the government form to provide bank details above to reciev payment via transfer on 28th April. Anyone know why this is the case? Should I resubmit the form?
