Hi Anonymous,
One way to receive SGD in your UOB bank account:
Open a Tokenize Exchange, Coinut or Zipmex account.
From your Binance account, transfer your USDT to your Tokenize Exchange , Coinut or Zipmex account.
From whichever account you transferred USDT to, exchange USDT for SGD.
From your exchanged SGD balance, withdraw SGD to your bank account (some exchanges require Xfers to withdraw SGD).

I think best way is Binance P2P. Best rate for 500 sgd is 1 usdt = 1.338
sgd. I think the spread is better than what you will get selling to xfers and xfers charges a processing fee on top of that. Also if you transfer usdt out of binance you will likely incur Ethereum gas fees since USDT is an erc20 token... which is really expensive.
I have personally bought using Binance P2P and I think its quite safe. Selling wise, you can release the USDT once you have confirmed that the person has paid you accordingly via PayNow, bank transfer among many other local payment options.
