How do I unregister all bank links from Seedly?

I linked three banks DBS, UOB, CITI. But only UOB accounts are shown. I tried to link DBS and CITI again but got the message that these accounts are already linked, so could not relink. However I only see UOB accounts, and DBS, CITI accounts are missing not shown despite the app telling me both banks have also been linked. Contacted Seedly support but all they do is tell me to swipe left and delete account which does not work if you dont see the account in the first place. After I told them this they have gone all silent. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app - no fix. Perhaps I keyed in a wrong code or something, but there is no function to unlink or de-register the DBS/CITI link, so I can register again. And I cannot register again since the app kept saying I have already linked the banks.
Going to uninstall this app - useless.

I like to give this app a chance but if I don't hear anything else to fix this I am going to un-install the app.
