Itβs actually similar to normal bank transfer.... Singlife will provide you a bank account number to transfer to & thatβs how you deposit money into Singlife.
You can transfer money to Singlife from any other bank as long as you transfer to the account that Singlife provided.

For first part of question, refer to first and second screenshots. You will need to understand at the process of taking note of the three details, this is the Singlife account that Singlife company has created for you for banking (transactional) needs.
As for your second question, yes you can. Take note, however, as other posters have missed out on issue about FAST function, I believe not all banks and their various account types have FAST function available. I understand local banks such as DBS, OCBC and UOB are all able to transact promptly via FAST, but if you are intending to use foreign banks to do fund transfer to Singlife account, do take note of the processing duration and Singlife's disclaimer of not being able to provide any interest amount during time lapse. Refer to third screenshot for details. Hope my post helps.
