How Do I Top Up My PayPal Account With My Bank Account?

Hi, I recently tried to top up my PayPal account via my previously linked DBS account but it seemed that I can't find it under my list of payees anymore? Did DBS revoke all its PayPal linkage / top-up function recently (does anyone else have the same experience)? How do / can I top up my PayPal account then (preferably without extra charges like before with DBS) using DBS again (can't seem to find PayPal anymore under add new billing organisations/add new payees)? Or other bank accounts here in Singapore? Many thanks for your kind advice & guidance ...

Hey David! I have not use this feature for quite a while but managed to look into it real quick. I think you can resync again your bank account and click on the Transfer Fund to begin. It will show two options — transfer fund / add funds. When you click on the "Add Funds", it will show you more details. Apparently, PayPal is not consider a billing account and the fund is actually being transferred to their Bank of America account.

I think then you can add a new Payee with the name PayPal and the billing org as Bank of America.
