How do I surrender my Gigantiq plan on Policypal?

How can I surrender my gigantiq plan on Policypal? Do I delete policy or make claims or what?

Just sharing that you can perform an immediate surrender of the policy via Tiq by Etiqa app and the fund will be transferred directly to your PayNow account.

Hi there!

Unfortunately, you can only surrender your Gigantiq plan through Etiqa Insurance Pte Ltd. To do so, you can either email Etiqa at [email protected] or call their customer hotline at +65 6887 8777 (Monday to Friday,

8:45AM – 5:30PM).

However, do note that you are able to do withdrawals on your own, via the ‘Tiq by Etiqa’ app.
