How do I sell Astrea and SIA retail bond? I bought them through DBS previously. Step by step guide please. TIA!

Did you mean buying thru DBS by applying IPO for these bonds?

These bonds should be in your CDP account, and you need to have a brokerage account to sell them. It can be any brokers like POEMS, FSMOne,...

Through your own brokerage just sell it as per any stock by finding the ticker number.
