How do I invest in overseas IPO? Are all IPOs available for purchase for retail investors?

Does anybody know how to invest in overseas IPO such as the upcoming Ant Group IPO in HK and Snowflake and Unity IPO in NYSE?

How IPO works - The rich people get the entitlement to buy in first.

When the IPO goes public only then we can purchase it in the stock market.

Thats why IPO's are not recommended to be bought mainly because the company does not have a financial history or the company is not profitable yet or other factors that raises question marks.

Everybody is looking for the next FB the next AMAZON etc etc but in all honesty its like searching for a needle in a haystack.

Mainly IPO's are due to hype , it should be under your "SPEC" play which means it should be more than 5% of your portfolio.
