I just purchased 2 scoot tickets and they sent me the confirmed itinerary with a blank column "Krisflyer number" but I do not know how to input. Anyone can teach me? I saw on the website that I can actually within 6 months after the flight?

Hi there,
You can login to your Krisflyer account and select "Claim Missing Miles". I haven't tried it myself, but I suggest you to keep all your flight documents with you for submission. It would be good to contact Scoot as well - believe many have faced similar case as you before!
