Hi Helen,
Can i assume you are talking about your insurance nominations? If yes, and if you have done a, form 4 revocable nomination.
All you need to do is just re-do the form and it will be all good to go!

You just need to re-do the nomination using the revocable nomination form and submit to the insurer

Do note that depending on insurer, additional requirements may be required, e.g. copy of NRIC/Passport of the nominees.
Given the on going pandamic, you should be able to just email the forms to their relevant customer service emails for processing.
