I see many colleagues clocking in 12 hours work. Work keep piling like never ending. Told myself I will stay on for 2 years but I am not sure if I can hang on... feel more and more stressed out, with colleagues pushing work and boss piling more work.

Don let your stress control you. Remember to always take a breather such as going out for a short walk and drink more water.

Most direct way of handling this stress: show yourself to the door and hand your resignation letter to your boss. If you find yourself dragging your feet to work and dreading everyday, it's time to find a new one.
Easier said than done yes, but have faith in yourself that you are worth more than a job that doesn't appreciate you and you can be easily replaced. I'm pretty sure you've also learnt quite a lot in your job, so use these technical skills and whatever transferable skills to your advantage to find a new job. Jiayou and push on!

Try to take breaks by going to get some coffee/tea. Also, write down what adds on to your stress at the end of the day so you can think with a clear mind what are the ways to better manage your problems at work. Talk to your colleagues or boss and ask for help if you can't figure things out! Don't spend more than 30 mins trying to figure one problem out, you'll get more stressed with the issue.

Work cannot never be finished. Unfortunately the norm in the workplace is that colleagues and even bosses tend to push work around and as a result, work keeps piling up. What we could do is to prioritize those tasks that are more important and urgent. Tap into technology to help save time. For example, instead of driving to a meeting, use Skype or video conferencing instead.
