How do I change miles to Emirates Skyward Miles?

I'm actually looking to travel to New York soon, and am looking for first class tickets.

However, it seems that it's not readily available from SQ, so im looking for options like Emirates (or any good recommendations I can get here?)

However, just wanna check because from the SQ site, I can check if the tickets are available for miles redemption but seems like I can't check for Emirates unless I have the miles?

And any idea how to change the miles from UOB and citi cards, and what's the rate

Skyward miles are not readily avaliable to change under Singapore credit cards, only AMEX platnium can change for it. Most of it is overseas credit card based in Europe and USA. Here is the link

A better question would be: why would you want to exchange points for Skywards miles.

Emirates has very high fuel surcharges on redemptions, and on a round-trip First Class ticket to New York from Singapore you'll easily pay more than S$1K+.

Emirates allows you to search with a 0 balance. Simply create a skywards account and you can search.

Only AMEX/SCB transfer to Skywards.
