How do I cancel my Citibank credit card?

What's the best way to cancel my Citibank credit card? Are there anything I need to look out for such as charges and fees and are there ways to get it waived? Also how long does it take to cancel?

It seems that you'd need to call them during office hours now. They don't process cancellations after office hours.

You can email them thru secured internet banking too. Asking them if there is charges if cancelled. Ask them first before cancelling.
