How do I cancel flights booked under TripAir and get a refund? TripAir has been patently unresponsive. One leg of the April trip has already been cancelled (flights are Lufthansa / Swiss).?

Did someone succeeded to get the travel agency?
I'm trying for 2 month, no answer on phone or email.

Same here. Got an air ticket with them which they are suppose to refund me. The company seems to have closed down, but is really irresponsible. Am looking to see if there is anything we can do.
