How do I cancel and get a refund for my flight bookings if it was booked under with SCOOT because of the COVID-19 virus?

I'm hoping that I can get some refund.

Scoot is the worst airline! Feel free to book if you would like to have added frustation.. Scoot literally went Missing In Action. My flight was scheduled on first wbeek of Feb 2020. After WHO announced that COVID 19 is an global emergency, it is impossible to reach Scoot. Have called their hotlines, it was always engagetd and even if you manage to contact them.. you will be put onn hold for one hour + and no one will entertain you. Made an request for email follow, there is no one entertaining you too! Their default reply that they will get back to you after 10 working days.. and after 10 working days, they need more time.. Screenshots are available to show how inefficient Scoot it.

I will never purchase tickets from Scoot Airline anymore. Unhelpful Scoot which abandon customers in times of needs.

Scoot will be following in SIA's steps in taking measures to allow refunds, but not in the way you'd expect.

Unfortunately, you cannot get a full refund for your flight bookings from Scoot- unless your flight is affected by schedule change (flight retiming of more than 4 hours).

However, due to the Covid-19 Situation, Scoot will be offering vouchers as refund for bookings made on or before Sunday (March 15) for travel up till end-May. The refund vouchers will provide customers with the full value of their cancelled bookings, but should be used to book a new trip within the next 12 months.

Scoot will be setting up a self-service portal for voucher refunds, but unfortunately, this service is not available at the moment. You'll have to contact the Scoot over the phone, you can find their call centre numbers here.

If you're still wanting to travel during this period, Scoot will offer a one-time free date change for bookings made between Sunday and end-May. Do take note that fare difference and other terms and conditions may apply.
