How do I cancel and get a refund for my Airline and Hotel bookings from Traveloka because of the COVID-19 virus?

For the flight and hotel bookings, you will be refunded via bank transfer. You will have to prepare your bank details and travel documents to complete this. Everything will be done on the Traveloka application. Find the refund option on your flight booking details and select the reason for your refund to be 'force majeure' (for flight refund). For the hotel booking, they will send you a one-time authentication code to key in.
