How "young" is considered young, or are you referring to being "young" in the workforce as in first jobber?
When is "post-covid" actually haha I think we should all refrain from thinking too far ahead and make do with whatever it is we have now.
I think it all boiils down to adaptabiility, regardless of how old you are, as long as you are willing to learn something new to do things more efficiently and leverage on resources (something inadequate) around you.
For example, in my company (SME) the sales people would always blame marketing for not doing good enough leads generation job - I took it in my stride to create content pieces myself and send those to my prospects, instead of waiting for things to happen.
I learnt how to engage overseas people through video calls more efficiently even though I had always preferred face to face but there's no traveling now so I just have to do what I can (best effort).
It's quite late now to say "you are still pivoting"... everyone has pivoted already.
