Hi I am interested to purchase a health insurance from NTUC directly. But i would like to know if there is any difference if i were to purchase it directly or purchasing it through agent?

The difference will be intangible, e.g. right advice, servicing agent, after-sales service.
Therefore, it depends on your needs, as well as whether your next-of-kin and you are capable to do the necessary paperwork when the need arise.
