Directors and Officers Insurance (D&O Insurance) would cover lawsuits that personally target you. This pays for lawyer's fees, and damage/settlements. Covers a wide range of lawsuits like employee lawsuits, shareholder lawsuits, business partner lawsuits, defamation lawsuits, contractual lawsuits, etc.
