He recommends looking at tasks as batches instead of projects. For example, to create a Youtube video, you have to write a script, edit it, set up a space to film, take the SD card to computer to transfer the files, edit the file in a video editing software, export, upload on YT, tear down the filiming space (necessary if you have a small space), write title, description, optimised for SEO, publish and share about it on other social media platforms such as IG, FB, LinkedIn, Twitter. Within IG, there is IG stories, IG post. Applies the same for some other platforms too.

This is considered as 1 project and it is time consuming.

Instead of doing that, try working in batches.

Find one day to only write about content. Write scripts for 5 videos that you are planning to shoot.

Spend the next day to shoot all the content.
