For easy reading and with a holistic view:
You could start with MoneySense
https://www.moneysense.gov.sg
For taking action and preparing for investing:
https://www2.sgx.com/securities/retail-investor
https://investors.sgx.com/cdp-account-opening/#...
https://onlineeducation.sgx.com/specifiedinvest...
Once you complete 1 & 2 and more confident of investing, then you can look for a stockbrokerage for DIY investing on your own or roboadvisor for guided and diversified investment portfolios. At the same time, continue with learning and increasing your knowledge.
And anytime you have any queries, you can post on Seedly.

Here's an unpopular advice: skip on investing books, most of the time they will teach you about boring stuff like ratio this ratio that.
Remember, no one has learnt how to walk using a book.
Instead, watch youtube channels like:
Graham Stephan: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCV6KDgJskWaEck...
Chicken Genius: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC0OnreqP55xLpA...
(shameless plug) my channel: https://www.youtube.com/ahvin2020
or read Seedly articles.
The best and fastest way to learn about investing is by listening to real, up to date advice from people who actually invest. Much like how we learnt how to walk and swim by watching people around us.
