Hiring foreign domestic helper or maid? How much market rate and is it worth it?

I raised two boys with my wife and help of my my mum and in-laws. Helper can be part of the picture especially if dynamics changes. That help don't come cheap too

Helper levy ($300), salary ($550), agent cost ($2500: one time), food for the helper ($450), transport for helper ($50), electricity and water ($40).
