Hilton Points unlimited worth it or not?

Considering how compared to last year- the 10,000 points can only be earned if you spent double the time in Hilton Hotels, is it worth it to spend that much time just to earn these points? Should i just wait for a better promotion to come out?

Generally no unless you plan to stay at luxury properties (Maldives, Koh Samui, etc.). Ever since Hilton moved to dynamic pricing, cash rates usually give you better value compared to point redemptions at majority of the Hilton properties.
