Higher paying part time jobs to recommend?
Currently an undergrad on break for months. Have been scrolling through Fastjobs and I see agencies lowballing like c'mon it's 2021. The pay is still the same from 5 years ago when I was looking for jobs post Os. I can't give tuition (nobody wants me with my bad grades). I'm getting anxiety sitting at home for 3 wks alr.

Can try freelancing if you have the marketable skills for it I guess.
Alternatively, try internships (although admittedly May might be a bit late to start looking).
But end of the day, I guess if you really need the money, just go for the part time jobs. They lowball because they know there are plenty of people to take up these roles and who are willing to. But honestly for a short term setup I think it's ok to accept like $10 per hour roles.
