High Dividend US Office REITs with one being a Temasek Keppel Company
US Officer REITs such as Keppel are now yielding more than 13% dividends. They look particularly interesting with Keppel giving dividends at a sustinable level, just that because it is in this sector, it is being sold down. Anyone looking at the US office space and in particular this Keppel REIT?
