Hidden fees for investing in UTs through POSB Invest Saver with cashback promotion?

Hello, I am planning to invest in First State Dividend Advantage and Schroders Emerging Market Opps Fund through POSB Invest Saver. Given the cashback promotion, there would be a full rebate of up to S$125 on sales charge. Are there any hidden fees that I should be aware of?
If not, doesn't this promotion bring the fees down to competitive levels as compared to investing through Endowus?

Is a cashback on sale charge for limited time.

If you buying UTs, some brokage firm offer 0% sale charge. Eg. Poem
