Hi! What do you do if you first realise you are pregnant (pregnancy kit confirmed), do you go to a GP or gynae already? Any gynae in Mount Alvernia to recommend?

Wondering any tips to prepare anything or do anything let's say 3-4 months before you try to get pregnant? I read about taking folic acid... any other recommendations will be greatly appreciated! Or any sites you recommend that I can read up on. Thank you very much!
