Hi Seedly folks! Have $15k from SRS to invest into Endowus - do you recommend that I lump sum this to General Investing - Core (100% equities)?

Or should I put the $15k into fund smart - LionGlobal Infinity U.S. 500 stock index fund? (Or no point using SRS to invest in this since the fee is gonna be high?)

Thanks!

  • Actually quite a good fund. (Lionglobal infinity US 500)
  • For SRS, since the $$$ cant take out until 62 (to avoid 5% tax) and limited things to invest.
  • Beating the market is practically not possible, because cant stock pick, just be the the market and ride the wave.
  • Other fund may contain other countries, meaning more diversified, less US equities, less volatility but lesser gain.
  • Or is a balanced fund, meaning contain bond , less volatility but also lesser gain.
  • But since you cant touch this $$$ for very long time why care about volatility.

For me i will always go for core portfolios. the advantage of a robo is to pick their brains and for auto rebalancing. i don't see the point of trying to pick and choose single fund or stock or ETF by myself.
