Hi seedly community, has anyone made a job switch from their job to property line (property agent)? Mind sharing the transition and any challenges faced? Would you recommend people to try out? Thanks!

Got afew stories. 1 friend switch and was getting income within 6 months. Another burned through 1+ years of savings and then went back to full time job and part time agent

1. Income instability (commissions take longer to credit to you)
2. Upfront expenses - course & marketing (depending on the form of marketing you choose to undertake)
3. Work timing will be more erratic (weekends and PH will not belong to you anymore)

Having said that, some may enjoy the freedom in controlling your time. If you enjoy talking and interacting with people and helping them form a property portfolio and simply finding their dream home, the job will be rewarding for you! The income is good but by no means easy.
