Hi people, I would like to build a dividend portfolio (around 30k available). Preferably Singapore market.

Good to invest in SREITS especially industrial n logistics sector, local bank stocks too

If I were to build a dividend portfolio, I'd consider these:
1. Top 3 banks. Dbs, ocbc, UOB.
2. Capitaland Limited / Callander Integ Mall Trust
3. Mapletree (Commercial/Industrial)
4. Ascendas
5. Parkway Life
6. Syfe Reit+
7. Lion Philip S Reit ETF
