Hi anon,

Early CI claims are subject to the individual insurer's claim limits.

For most insurers, this is in the range of $250K to $350K. It will be stated in your product summary.

However, this also means if you have two early CI plans from two different insurers, you can claim on both.

For late CI, the aggregate sum assured is around $3M typically, and includes the early CI portion, on an individual life, across all insurers.

Hope that helps.

Unless your early Critical Illness coverage crosses more than a few million dollars, otherwise, upon the admission of an Early Critical Illness claim, both insurers should issue the payout to you.

For the exact maximum sum assured, it is best to check with your Insurance Agent directly.
