Yes, they don't charge management fee, but they charge a performance fee, which is a 20% cut on profit above the high water mark.

They are a good fund to invest in as their remeuration package is unique in Singapore where they structure their fees only if the portfoilo gains unlike other funds which charges a flat fee regardless of fees. Downside as mentioned, they serve only accredited investors. Otherwise, it is a good fund for wealth accumulation
