Hi, i have extra cash of 50k idling around in the bank for few years. Until recently then I know it's not wise to just leave it there. What are some ways to maximise it?

Go For S&P500 if you have 10-20 years horizon :)

Step 1: Find out what is Gemini and that you can receive 7% yield per year for holding stablecoins at relatively low risk.

Step 2: Realise that DeFi is awesome and CeFi is underpaying you.

Step 3: Find out what is Terra.money and Anchor protocol and that you can earn 20% Yield on stablecoins.

Step 4: Realize that Anchor is underpaying you and that you could use Mirror protocol instead to get 40% Yield per year while being delta neutral (neither long or short the market).

Hi anon, if you already have an adequate emergency fund, consider investing this 50k.

I would opt for something like CSPX (that tracks the S&P500 index) or VWRA (tracks the world index). Both are irish domiciled etfs. For a detailed explanation, check out my opinion piece i posted on Seedly.
