Hi, I am soon graduating and chanced upon a management associate role from this company called finexis. Does anyone have insights on the job? is it a rope to attract more financial advisors?
Scam role - knew tons of ppl who applied/ offered/ worked there and resigned. you will be a financial advisor for as long as you stay in that role; and the turnover rate is average 6 months due to 60-80 work weeks. Oh, and the KPI is a couple thousand $ for 50 clients or so.
