Hi! I am looking to learn driving at CDC. I saw from online reviews it’s best to book the test and lessons asap. But how do we know how long we might take to study, when should I book my BTT and FTT?

Any recommendations on the timeline will be helpful, thanks a lot everyone!

Agree with Megan. don't wait anymore just book the earliest possible date you can as slots are really tough to get. Don't really need to study hard per se, more like a few days before just start to read the books, etc.

From what I know of the latest "waiting time" for driving tests, you should just book whichever date you can get asap, cos the waiting time can be long (I have friends who had to wait 2-3 months in between each test, especially with the introduction of the "driving simulator" test and covid restrictions)

Studying for BTT and FTT isn't difficult, most questions are common sense and for those that aren't, as long as you understand the concepts and signs, it should be easy to pass. The test can be difficult mostly because of "tricky questions" that might be worded weirdly
