Hi Anon,
Do you like what you're doing at your current workplace? Are the main push factors for leaving this job because of the poor morale and heavier workload?
Whatever you're experiencing now is tough to be feeling and it doesn't help that the bulk of our time in a week is spent on working. The reasons I asked the questions above is because if you do enjoy what you're doing but the main push factors are your colleagues leaving, poor morale and a heavier workload, know that this is temporary because COVID-19 is temporary.
It will take time before things go back to normal but know that this is not permanent. Take some time out to weigh the pros and cons of the current situation you're in. If pros are greater than cons, then you'll have your answer. If you have leave dates to clear, consider taking them and take this chance to declutter your mind with a break. Hope this helps and all the best!
