Hi, how I do compare fee paid on lump sum amount of Syfe Reit+ as compared to expense ratio of Lion-Phillip S-reit etf?

The reason you don't see any fee being paid to the ETF itself for the expense ratio is that it's not paid as a fee. The management fee of the ETF is deducted from the ETF directly, so that transaction never reaches the investor.

Lion-Phillip S-REIT ETF only listed 0.5% pa management fee in their fact sheet:
