You can top up youtrip using paynow anytime. Then in Msia and overseas just use as a debit card. The deduction will appear almpst immediately in your youtrip app and you can see the exchange rate from there. The exchange rate follow very closely to the mastercard bank rate, so u can download currency converter app to check the exchange rate.
