I started my career as a young HR Officer and at an early stage of my career, I was already very sure that I wanted to grow my career in this area because I'm basically a people-centric person who appreciated and valued the work undertaken by human resource practitioners in improving the organsiation's human capital. I went on to deepen my compentencies in HR by embarking on relevant courses besides acquiring the practical experiences by embarking on different roles in recruitment, training, compensation & benefits administration, etc. I took a break from work due to family reasons and when I was ready to rejoin the workforce, I look at the career possibilities that I could offer my transferable skill sets and I came across the career coaching role. This role allowed me to make use of my HR expertise and knowledge to help my clients improve their employability.
