I see that you have a lot of experience in terms of business development and sales in the ICT sector. I'm very keen on growing in this direction as well. What are some key soft and hard skills one must have to excel in this area?

Well I started my career as technical hands on Software engineer doing some application development and moved to networking architecting and design configurations before moving to business and sales role. It helped me in a way to have a strong technology foundation which allow you to articulate the value of the technology as business benefits. I guess one of the most available sales roles are channel partner sales and technology alliances which requires to learn more of stakeholder management, influencing skills , articulation of value proposition etc. I would be happy to have a session with you to give you more insights and guide you if you would need in this direction.
