Hi everyone! I bought Sea Limited on ibkr and got a notice of ADR pass-through fees for this. Is this going to be a recurring fee?

As far as i know, it's a recurring fee every year at 2 to 5 cents per share which is chargeable per year. It will be charged to your brokerage account. You can read about this in the Sea Limited's Prospectus.

If i would like to invest in s&p500, do you advise to buy relevant ETF via ibkr, or use cash to buy from endowus? (wondering if IBKR incurs any recurring fees for holding the ETF VS fees from endowus)
