I am 25 yo this year, drawing about 5k per month.
I have saved up my emergency funds and have money placed in Syfe, StashAway, and SingTel Dasheasyearn/ PET/ Giantiq (were yielding between 1.7%-2%). However, the 1 year bonus crediting rate is up and it is giving me approx 1.2%.
I am looking at more options to place my money at such as insurance savings plans (specific plans to recco), and a general guide on how I should allocate my money. Not keen in stocks and crypto.
Thank you!

I have put some of my eggs in the alternative investements since 2 years back. It give good return in this low interest environment.
My Investors and i like this alternative investment/ private placement because:
1) Short term: lock in 1 year + 1 year only;
2) Fixed return payout is on monthly basis;
3) No sales charge;
4) Upon maturity, capital will be fully refunded.
Read an article from Forbes, proven my strategic is correct (https://www.forbes.com/sites/forbesfinancecounc...)
We been carry this investment for quite a while.
As always no obligation, understand the investment opportunity 1st before u make any decide.
This is a very good form of income replacement for monthly expenses. Since it give me fixed monthly return higher than FD, stock market or bond.
PM for more details with no obligation ^_^

The answer is already in your question. I am not keen on hydrid insurance saving plans. If you are not keen in stocks and crypto and want min 4 to 5 % yield p.a. The answer is Robo-Advisors. It can reach that goal that you want not through cash management plan but their main investment plans. I invested in Stashaway and Syfe before so I know their earning potentials. Can read one of the articles that I wrote. https://medium.com/the-investors-handbook/is-st...

If for 10 years stock market (via global or U.S. tilted passive ETFs) seems still realistic, not for ca. 5 years however. 4-5% p.a. is already an ambitious longterm goal for all of us, particularly when we are biased by 20 years of super stock market performance. And do acknowledge also inflation rates, and so total net returns. Inflation rates are rising currently. Difficult to achieve low risk 4-5% per year total private investing performance. Others may object, but be realistic.
