Hi, does anyone know if buying of flight ticket is considered retail spend? In order to spend 500 within 30 days of card approval (new card)

Yes should be considered retail spend

Yes generally is considered retail spend, but best to check the TnC of the card/promotion you signed up for.

e.g. citi rewards excludes travel spend for their bonus 10X reward points
