I am no property expert. I am a mortgage expert =)

There are currently two opposing viewpoints:

History repeats itself and property prices drop by end of 2021. I shared my thoughts in my Seedly Opinion here: Why Property Prices in Singapore Aren’t Dropping… Yet - Seedly
The market is too flush with cash and people have no other good investment vehicles to invest in thus buying property is the only good option, causing prices to continue to increase.

Personally I expect property prices to drop by the end of the year. However,

most housing agents will tell you opinion #2.

I am not always right. And It is ok that i am wrong and #2 happens.

Only my wife is always right =)
