Live fresh is a cashback card and woman's card (note without the world) is a points/miles card. The most important question is do you want immediate rewards, ie cashback, or accumulate points to redeem something bigger, like a business class flight? Do note that points may expire before you accumulate enough to redeem something good.
Next question is how much do you spend? Live fresh requires a minimum $600 per month to hit the 5% cashback. I don't think woman's card has a minimum spend requirement.
And what category do you usually spend on? Live fresh gives rebates (with cap) on online spend and contactless spend, that's like almost all your everyday spend. Woman's card (not woman's world card) gives decent points (2 miles per dollar, there are better ones) on online spend but pathetic points on other spend.
They are not similar at all. If you have at least $600 spend per month, probably start with live fresh. BTW, check out OCBC Frank card which beats DBS Live Fresh in every aspect, but must use mobile payment.
