Grab is not listing via IPO but rather through a SPAC. Hence there is no "listing price" per say. The aquisition company that took GRAB to public was called AGC, it closed at $11.01 yesterday. It would be renamed as GRAB today.

No. Usually ipo will spike a few days/weeks. Then after awhile crash, some will recover, some wont.
