I have been with NTU since undergraduate days, since the late 90s. There are several pathways to do so and to achieve mastery in the area of lecturing. Depending on the subject matter, one might have to get a postgraduate, or a PhD to be a lecturer. Others could be an adjunct lecturer due to the wealth of experience they have gathered. I have experience in teaching in the SGUnited Skills/SkillsFuture courses and got certification in this arena too.

Another course you can consider is adult education network whereby more details are available here https://www.ial.edu.sg/learn-at-ial/ial-program...

Lecturing is a way for me to pay it forward, to share the knowledge with the undergraduates, postgraduates and adult learners. And at the same time, enable me to understand the consumers mindset, the latest technology and keeping in touch with my language skills as I am lecturing in both English and Chinese for my postgraduates lectures in NTU.

Everything is interconnected in a way, as the lecturing enable me to engage in consulting projects as well. And keep myself engage in the ever changing technological world. I love the pace and challenges. Not to mention juggling all these while looking after my two young kids (two young daughters at 4 years old and 10 months).
