The answer is never. You should buy more when market is bearish and less when market is bullish. Don't have the FOMO mindset. Block out all news and hearsay, do your research, trust your own judgement.

Hello,
I think there is no right time or bad time to enter a market. If we know when is a good time to enter, then we'll be all rich. Then again, if we all know when is a good time and bad time to enter, that means fastest fingers wins.
If you have excess money, you can dollar cost average on stocks/robos.
Theres on quote that says "Timing in market beats timing the market."
However, if you really want to "time", you can try to find a entry price by finding the support... using bollinger bands.. envelope.... MACD ..... MA cross.
